Service Description

Time Interval: Refills are typically recommended every 1-2 weeks to maintain the fullness and shape of the lash extensions. This ensures that the extensions are replaced as your natural lashes shed, keeping your lashes looking fresh. Lash Health: Your natural lashes must be in good condition for a refill. It's essential to maintain proper lash hygiene and avoid using oil-based products around the eye area to prevent premature shedding of the extensions. Remaining Extensions: For refilling a classic set, ideally, at least 40% of the extensions should still be intact to qualify for a refill. For a hybrid set, a similar guideline applies, with a minimum of 50% of the extensions remaining. Preparation: Arrive at your refill appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. This ensures optimal adhesion of the new extensions and prevents any potential issues with retention.

Cancellation Policy

Clients have a 15 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. All appointments must be modified 24 hrs prior to appointment time. No-Call/No-Show will be banned from booking in the future.
